Ken Finnegan started in healthcare in 1989 as the office manager for Healthstar Associates. He later moved to sales and helped cover Illinois & Wisconsin. He left Healthstar in 1992 to pursue a career in World Finance, becoming a financial floor trader and risk manager for Linnco Futures Group at the Chicago Board of Trade. He relocated to Arizona in 2000 and after 6 months of playing golf, started managing Charter Schools in the greater Phoenix area.

In 2008, after moving back to Chicago, he resumed his career again with Healthstar Associates as a Territory Manager for Wisconsin, Illinois & Eastern Iowa.
 
Kenneth Finnegan has a BBA  from Loyola University of Chicago, and has degrees in Finance, Accounting & Marketing. He has an MBA in Finance.
